MATERIALS - All items stated as silver are sterling silver. All items stated as gold are created using 14ct gold filled chain and ‘gold’ charms are sterling silver, plated with 18ct gold All stones where stated are semi precious. 

DELIVERY - All items come packaged in individual boxes. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days.If you require items urgently please contact us and we will try our hardest to get them to you sooner. Orders will be sent within the UK by Royal Mail Special delivery at a cost of £7.50 per item. International orders will be sent by Airsure at a cost of £12.00 per item.

CHRISTMAS - All orders received before Monday 19th December will be delivered by Christmas Eve.

PAYMENT - Payments can be made by paypal which is a secure online payment system. We can also accept cheques made payable to alice eden schofield, however items will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

RETURNS - All Alice Eden pieces are made to order, therefore refunds and exchanges can only be offered for unwanted items within 7 days of receipt. Full refunds will be given on faulty goods.
